Job description

Overview

Join a leading global financial institution as a Human Resources Associate on a contract basis with a hybrid work arrangement requiring four days onsite per week. This role offers opportunities to contribute to operational efficiency and system enhancements within Talent Management and HR technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and ensure smooth operation of Talent Management solutions including Performance Management, Talent Ranking, Promotions, and Employee Relations processes.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Talent Management teams, IT, Employee Relations, and HCM Business Partners to identify and implement effective business solutions.
  • Collect, document, and fine-tune business requirements aimed at system improvements and process optimization.
  • Oversee and prioritize product backlogs aligning with Agile development practices to deliver enhancements.
  • Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) encompassing test design, execution, issue resolution, and validation of new functionalities.
  • Address user concerns, coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current processes to discover areas for increasing efficiency, improving user experience, and harmonizing practices across various regions and departments.
  • Support project planning efforts including change management processes, creation of training materials, and communication with end-users.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, HR, technology, or similar fields.
  • Proven interest in technology, process improvements, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred experience includes support for HR business systems or enterprise applications, involvement in system implementation tasks such as requirements gathering, testing, production support, and exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Attributes such as curiosity for new systems and processes, self-motivation, proactive ownership of tasks, teamwork spirit, and critical thinking focused on continuous improvement.

Additional Information

This role involves a hybrid work schedule with most days based onsite in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be prepared to engage closely with multiple internal teams and stakeholders to drive business solutions.
