Job Overview
We are looking to hire a Human Resource Recruiter responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle. This includes sourcing candidates, evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle screening of applicants and scheduling interviews efficiently.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven ability in sourcing candidates using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
- Experience handling recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles is advantageous.
Eligibility
Open to any graduate seeking a role in recruitment.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges between 200,000 and 450,000 INR annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
