About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Bulk Recruiter to join Tech Mahindra's expanding team. This role is tailored for individuals who excel in managing large-scale recruitment efforts and possess the ability to connect effectively with candidates to secure the ideal talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment processes across various roles and locations.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines aligned with organizational staffing needs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment closures.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in bulk or volume hiring, preferably within BPO, sales, or operations sectors.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Highly target-driven, proactive, and agile in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Skilled in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
• Experienced in utilizing various job portals effectively for candidate sourcing.
• Proficient in interview scheduling and coordination.
• Adept at managing high-volume recruitment activities and meeting daily or weekly hiring goals.
• Ability to perform under pressure in fast-moving recruitment settings.
• Consultancy experience focused on BPO hiring, especially for international processes, is a plus.
• Comfortable with using platforms like Naukri for candidate searches.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Mandated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum six months’ experience, ideally in consultancy recruiting for BPO environments.

Additional Details

• Workweek: Monday to Saturday.
• Shift Duration: 9 hours per day.
• Transport: Two-way transportation provided if residing within a defined boundary.
• Contract Type: Initial six-month contract with possibility of extension based on performance.
• Compensation: Salary to be finalized post-interview.
