Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle with a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end hiring processes.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job criteria.
• Use online platforms such as job portals and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes meticulously to identify candidates who meet the job qualifications.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' expertise, skills, interpersonal abilities, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate the hiring stages including scheduling interviews and managing offer negotiations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• An MBA in Human Resources with over 4 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
• Expertise specifically in non-IT recruitment domains.
• Effective communication and proficient written skills.
• Availability to join the organization immediately.
