Human Resource Generalist

Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to lead the HR function at Numbro Consulting Private Limited, located in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally with startup, SME, or growth-stage companies. The role focuses on creating an efficient, productive, and positive workplace culture by enhancing employee output, addressing talent gaps, developing personnel, and fostering a robust organizational environment.

Key Duties

• Manage complete recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Analyze employee roles to detect areas for productivity and efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance employee performance.
• Facilitate Key Result Area (KRA) and performance management systems.
• Determine training and skill development needs.
• Identify high-potential employees and aid their career advancement.
• Address employee grievances and oversee employee relations.
• Initiate employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Design and enforce practical HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events.
• Support employee retention and minimize avoidable turnover.
• Prepare foundational HR reports and management information systems (MIS).
• Promote a culture emphasizing accountability, ownership, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in dynamic environments such as startups or SMEs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong recruitment skills and adept at managing employee relations.
• Capable of independently handling HR responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and maintain organized workflows.
• Pragmatic, people-focused approach to human resources.
• Approachable yet assertive when situations demand.
• Comfortable engaging directly with senior management and assuming ownership.

Compensation and Work Location

The offered salary ranges between ₹300,000 and ₹420,000 per annum. The job is based in Hyderabad.
