Job description
Job Responsibilities
The role involves making outbound calls to source domestic staff including maids, cooks, babysitters, caretakers, and other personnel aligned with client needs. The candidate will need to fully understand client requirements and match them effectively with appropriate candidates. Follow-ups with both candidates and clients will be conducted via calls and WhatsApp to ensure smooth coordination. Additionally, maintaining thorough records of candidates and clients is required. Meeting monthly recruitment and calling targets is a critical aspect of this position.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills coupled with persuasive abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Fundamental familiarity with smartphones and computers.
- Open to candidates fresh out of school as well as those with experience.
- A positive, goal-driven mindset is essential.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary between 13,000 and 24,000 INR plus performance incentives.
- Extra rewards available upon achieving set targets.
- Work schedule includes six working days per week.
- No deductions for Provident Fund or taxes according to the salary structure.
