Human Resource Executive

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Human Resource Executive to support our recruitment processes and coordinate related activities efficiently. This role primarily focuses on bulk hiring for entry-level agent roles as well as lateral recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale recruitment drives to fill agent-level openings and lateral positions.
• Source prospective candidates through multiple job portals and other recruitment sources.
• Screen incoming resumes to identify qualified applicants and shortlist them accordingly.
• Initiate communication with candidates for early-stage screening and schedule subsequent interviews.
• Serve as a liaison between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to coordinate the interview process smoothly.
• Collect and track feedback after interviews and keep detailed recruitment records updated.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through to onboarding and joining.
