Hub Incharge

Role Summary

As the Hub Incharge, you will supervise the overall daily functions of the hub ensuring seamless sorting, dispatching, and last-mile delivery to meet set timelines for order completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment of delivery riders and associates.
• Track and monitor crucial performance indicators such as on-time deliveries, delivery success rates, delivery costs, and returns to origin.
• Manage manpower allocation, create shift schedules, and ensure rider productivity aligns with organizational targets.
• Address operational challenges and manage escalations promptly to prevent delays in delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, verify rider paperwork, and ensure vehicle compliance to company standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily management information system reports and dashboards to evaluate hub and rider performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customer support, and vendor teams to maintain efficient operational workflows.
• Initiate continuous improvements to boost operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality of service.
• Lead, inspire, and cultivate a culture of accountability and a customer-centric approach amongst your team and riders.
