About the Role and Company

Mirage is a seasoned international consulting firm with over 28 years of expertise in advisory, project management, lead consultancy, and multidisciplinary design services supporting notable developments across the globe. We are seeking to expand our Dubai-based team with the addition of a skilled HSE Officer.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, preferably in the context of villa or high-rise building construction projects.
• Hold an HSE qualification equivalent to a Level 6 Diploma.
• Possess certification as an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred but not mandatory).
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the safety regulations, standards, and best practices applicable within the United Arab Emirates.
• Capably design, implement, monitor, and uphold safety systems and procedures tailored to complex construction environments.
• Exhibit strong communication and reporting capabilities, coupled with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards managing safety.
