About the Role
The HRIS Associate is dedicated to the upkeep and support of the company's Human Resources Information System, ensuring that employee data remains precise, confidential, and consistent. This entry to mid-level position plays a vital role in enhancing HR operations by generating system reports, analyzing relevant data, and facilitating implementation of system enhancements for continuous improvement. The role operates individually with a focus on both short and medium-term operational and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the HRIS to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide accurate and timely reports and analyses to support HR functions.
- Assist in upgrading and improving HR systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- One to three years of relevant experience in HR or HR systems administration, ideally with ERP or HRMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR databases.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
- Experience with data entry, reporting, and HR operational processes.
- Awareness of labor regulations is advantageous.
