About the Role
Join PwC New Zealand's People & Culture Operations team to enhance and maintain HR systems supporting our employees nationwide. This role blends Workday administration with data governance, reporting, and analytics to ensure data accuracy, security, system efficiency, and insightful reporting that enables effective decision-making. Collaborate with teams across People & Culture, Payroll, Technology, and global units to implement system improvements and generate dependable reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination of New Zealand-specific needs, system upgrades, releases, and issue resolution in collaboration with the global Workday team.
- Oversee Workday business processes, security roles, access permissions, aligning with security and privacy protocols.
- Ensure employee and organizational data integrity through dashboards, regular audits, controls, and reconciliations.
- Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports that translate business inquiries into meaningful workforce trend analyses, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive system and process enhancements, including automation and self-service features, while providing practical support to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- A tertiary degree in a relevant field, ideally Information Systems.
- Minimum five years of HR experience, with at least two years focused on systems analysis.
- Practical knowledge of Workday functionalities with strong skills in report development, system integration, and data analysis.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, Microsoft technologies, and Workday, coupled with a strong commitment to maintaining confidential information.
