About the Role
Join Leap29, a UK headquartered global recruitment partner with over 25 years of international expertise and more than 6 years operating successfully in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an HR & Workforce Operations Specialist to join our expanding Workforce Management team based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on delivering seamless and compliant workforce support for both contractors and employees across the Kingdom.
As the key liaison point among employees, contractors, clients, and internal teams, you will oversee efficient workforce operations, maintain precise records, and ensure comprehensive support for our people. Collaborating closely with the Country Manager and operational staff, your work will uphold high standards of compliance, service excellence, and employee engagement in a dynamic, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep precise and confidential employee records updated.
- Gather and verify all required onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff.
- Draft HR correspondence including letters, forms, contracts, and related documents.
- Support workforce processes via Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Monitor expiration dates for Iqama, work permits, passports, contracts, and insurance policies.
- Arrange medical assessments and manage medical insurance coordination.
- Address employee inquiries and assist with employee relations issues.
- Collect and validate timesheets and payroll-related data.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with employees, clients, internal teams, and external providers.
- Update and maintain employee, payroll, and operational trackers.
- Assist the Country Manager with reporting, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and task coordination.
- Escalate additional HR or operational tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Only Saudi nationals can apply, aligning with Saudization policy.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Have between 1 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, administration, or workforce management.
- Basic familiarity with Saudi employment regulations and government workforce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and generating reports.
- Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluent in both written and conversational Arabic and English.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Reside or be willing to work onsite in Al Khobar.
Additional Considerations
Prior experience with recruitment agencies, manpower supply firms, outsourcing, or workforce management companies is advantageous.
