About the Role
Talent Pool Manpower Services seeks enthusiastic HR Recruitment Interns for its Pune office near Kavdipat, Loni Kalbhor, Hadapsar. The position involves developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. The intern will collaborate with management to evaluate staffing needs, design recruiting plans, and source the best candidates to meet company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill client-received vacancies using multiple sourcing channels.
- Create and implement recruitment processes within the organization.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Work alongside organizations to develop effective hiring plans.
- Efficiently carry out recruitment strategies.
- Develop and post compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct candidate interviews and prepare job offers.
- Engage with institutions and utilize social media to strengthen candidate sourcing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BBA (HR), or MBA (HR).
- Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Meticulous record-keeping capabilities.
- Possession of a personal laptop is mandatory for this role.
