Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified professionals to meet our hiring needs. You will play a key role in understanding our recruitment requirements and managing the end-to-end hiring process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly comprehend job specifications and the profile of ideal candidates to ensure successful placements.
• Utilize various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, databases, and messaging groups like WhatsApp and Telegram to identify potential candidates.
• Adopt a proactive approach in talent acquisition by searching for suitable candidates beyond incoming applications.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews via calls to assess candidate competencies and fit.
• Evaluate candidates' work experience, skill sets, expected salary, notice period, and geographical availability.
• Create a shortlist of qualified individuals and present their profiles to the hiring team.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Keep an organized and current database of potential candidates and applicants.
• Provide timely updates on candidate progress, interview outcomes, and hiring status to management.
• Assist in offer negotiations and facilitate coordination where necessary.
• Monitor the onboarding process until the candidate formally joins the organization.
• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline to address future recruitment needs efficiently.

Compensation

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 INR.
