About the Role

Nexa Core HR Private Limited seeks a proficient HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to be based in Kolkata. The role involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish for various client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Understand detailed job specifications to find fitting candidates.
• Utilize multiple recruitment platforms like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and referrals to source talent.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
• Shortlist suitable applicants and share profiles with company clients.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding interviews, job offers, and joining formalities.
• Keep organized records of candidates and track recruitment progress.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
• Ensure timely closure of job positions.

Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Background in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or talent acquisition is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable making calls to candidates, screening, and conducting follow-ups.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving work environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Skillful at managing multiple requisitions and achieving hire closures.

Additional Details

This full-time on-site position is located in Kolkata, West Bengal. Immediate joining or candidates available with short notice are preferred. The salary range is ₹9,000 to ₹15,000 per month, complemented by performance-based incentives.
