About the Role
White Force Group, collaborating with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), invites fresh graduates eager to launch their journey in Human Resources to apply for the position of HR Recruiter. This position offers comprehensive exposure to HR functions and the chance to develop foundational skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage documentation and onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Provide assistance in daily human resources operations.
- Maintain HR-related data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
- Graduates with foundational communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong enthusiasm for building a career in Human Resources.
- Possession of valid Aadhaar, PAN card, and relevant educational qualifications.
