Job description
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to become an integral part of our recruitment and staffing team. This position involves identifying and engaging potential candidates using various online job platforms, as well as facilitating the interview process to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Duties
- Identify and source potential candidates from a variety of job portals including Apna, Work India, and Job Hai, among others.
- Perform initial screenings to filter and select the best-matched candidate profiles.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and prospective hires.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Follow up consistently to ensure an efficient and timely hiring process.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Prior recruitment experience is essential.
- Capability to handle several recruitment projects concurrently.
- Effective communication and coordination skills are required.
- Applicants must have experience working within a Recruitment or Staffing Firm, specifically outside the IT domain.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 22,000 INR.
