Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Portal Recruiter to efficiently manage our candidate sourcing operations. This role involves maximizing recruitment reach across leading job portals, employing sophisticated Boolean search techniques to discover qualified and often overlooked talent, and engaging passive candidates to convert them into active applicants. Candidates adept at navigating platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct talent sourcing by exploring job portals, databases, and professional networks to find suitable candidates.
- Develop and utilize advanced Boolean search strings to pinpoint specialized talent pools.
- Create, optimize, and oversee job postings on various recruitment platforms to attract the right candidates.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems by maintaining accurate candidate data and monitoring recruitment progress.
- Perform resume assessments and initial telephonic screening to evaluate fundamental candidate qualifications.
Qualification Requirements
- Between one to three years' experience as a recruiter, sourcing specialist, or in talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated proficiency with job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, along with experience handling ATS software.
- Expertise in formulating Boolean search queries and optimizing keyword strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills characterized by professionalism and clarity.
