Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to support our talent acquisition process in Chandigarh. This role involves identifying, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates to fulfill various hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source prospective candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Evaluate resumes and application forms to create a shortlist aligned with job criteria.
- Arrange and manage initial phone or video interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep all candidate data accurate and current within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain proactive communication with applicants, providing interview updates and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Work collaboratively with senior recruiters and hiring managers to grasp role prerequisites and team expectations.
