We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team at CJ Konsultants in Hyderabad. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the best candidate fit for various job openings. The salary offered ranges from 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend job requirements to develop appropriate candidate profiles.
• Utilize platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media to attract potential candidates.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary discussions with candidates.
• Select candidates matching skill sets, experience, and job criteria.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Discuss and finalize salary details, notice periods, and joining formalities with candidates.
• Keep updated records in candidate databases and recruitment tracking tools.
• Provide candidate profiles to clients as required.
• Follow up on interview outcomes and candidate statuses.
• Oversee offer issuance, joining processes, and documentation compliance.
• Achieve recruitment targets and adhere to timelines effectively.
