About the Role
Hyderabad Home Care Private Limited is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join their Hyderabad team immediately. This role focuses on recruiting nurses and healthcare staff, managing candidate screening, interview scheduling, and staff follow-ups to support the company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit nursing and healthcare personnel through various digital channels including job portals, WhatsApp groups, and social media platforms.
- Identify and source suitable candidates using platforms such as Apna, Indeed, and other relevant sources.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules, maintaining communication with shortlisted individuals.
- Maintain and update databases of candidates and recruitment records to track progress efficiently.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely onboarding and joining.
- Liaise with the operations team to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Support basic HR operations including documentation and employee onboarding procedures.
- Achieve daily recruitment targets to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Graduate degree holders with no prior experience necessary; freshers encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in conducting phone conversations.
- Basic proficiency in smartphone use, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
- Motivated to make recruitment calls and conduct consistent follow-ups with candidates.
- Demonstrates punctuality, responsibility, and a target-driven work ethic.
- Availability for immediate joining.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience is advantageous but not required.
