Job description
Position Overview
We are urgently seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Sector 15. The role offers a monthly CTC between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience are encouraged to apply, with immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels.
- Evaluate candidate profiles to shortlist suitable applicants based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers and teams.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Work to meet recruitment targets within stipulated timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least six months of experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Good grasp of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Motivated and goal-driven mindset for achieving hiring objectives.
