Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage comprehensive recruitment processes covering technical, non-technical, and site staff positions. The role demands proficiency in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the full cycle of recruitment activities for diverse roles including technical, non-technical, and site-based manpower.
• Review resumes rigorously and perform initial phone or face-to-face screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange and facilitate technical and HR interviews in collaboration with relevant departmental managers.
• Handle effective communication with candidates regarding follow-ups, selection outcomes, salary discussions, and onboarding arrangements.
• Update and maintain recruitment management information systems (MIS), candidate databases, and track joining status.
• Liaise with project and site teams to accurately determine manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
• Assist with employee onboarding processes, documentation completion, and carry out fundamental HR administrative tasks.
• Ensure that manpower is deployed to project locations on schedule and maintain proper records and recruitment reports.
