HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team at Fast And Direct Services based in Vashi, Mumbai. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sundays off. The salary is competitive and will be determined based on the interview outcome. Immediate joining is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist suitable candidates for various job openings.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
• Design and deploy effective hiring strategies.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
• Adhere to established recruitment policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of recruitment metrics and reports.
• Conduct thorough interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Negotiate compensation packages and benefits with prospective hires.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year experience, preferably in BPO recruitment.
• A solid grasp of recruitment concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
