HR Recruiter

About the Role

The HR Recruiter will oversee the entire hiring cycle, starting from understanding manpower needs and candidate sourcing to screening, interview arranging, offer handling, and ensuring smooth onboarding. This role demands timely recruitment of appropriate candidates for both restaurant operations and corporate positions while upholding recruitment quality, positive candidate experiences, and efficient hiring processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and outlet teams to grasp recruitment demands and priorities.
• Maintain a real-time recruitment requirement log and monitor vacancy status, prioritizing roles based on business needs and outlet growth.
• Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, social media, recruitment firms, walk-ins, local networks, and academic partnerships.
• Build and sustain candidate pipelines, especially for repeated and mass hiring needs, and perform proactive sourcing for challenging and leadership roles.
• Conduct telephonic screenings assessing communication skills, experience, salary expectations, availability, and cultural fit; convey job details and shortlist suitable applicants.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, ensuring prompt communication and feedback collection while sustaining candidate engagement; manage reschedules and attendance issues.
• Handle offer negotiation, approvals, and communications; track offer acceptances and joining confirmations; analyze dropouts and maintain precise recruitment data.
• Update and manage recruitment trackers and candidate databases daily, monitor recruitment metrics and compliance with company hiring standards.
• Drive bulk hiring initiatives linked to restaurant openings and expansion efforts, aligning strategies to locations and roles, and organizing recruitment events.

Key Performance Indicators

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, ideally in QSR, hospitality, retail, FMCG or mass hiring contexts.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tracking tools.
• Experience in frontline, blue-collar, or large-volume hiring is advantageous.

Role Expectations

The professional will independently handle assigned recruitment tasks, maintain active candidate sourcing pipelines, persistently follow-up with candidates, and meet hiring objectives within designated timeframes. Ownership over recruitment from sourcing through joining is essential, along with consistent reporting and proactive communication about any obstacles or delays.
