Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team at Cross Border Synergy India Private Limited based in Mumbai. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to identify and onboard qualified talent effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates by leveraging job portals, social media platforms, employee referral programs, and other recruitment avenues.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and initial screening calls to shortlist candidates aligned with job criteria.
- Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while ensuring clear communication and prompt updates to candidates.
- Handle salary discussions, prepare and issue offer letters, and manage the onboarding process for selected hires.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, monitor recruitment progress, and ensure positions are filled in a timely manner, all while delivering a positive experience to candidates.
