HR & Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive HR & Operations Executive to join our team remotely. This role involves managing key human resources functions along with operational duties to support our business processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, following up on recruitment stages, and handling employee onboarding formalities and paperwork.
• Maintain and update employee master records, monitor attendance and leave, and manage HR-related documentation and personnel data.
• Gain thorough knowledge of company offerings such as travel packages, software, and internal workflows; conduct training sessions for employees and evaluate training success.
• Organize and maintain a library of training resources including videos, documentation, SOPs, and product materials accessible to the team via company software.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, progress on work tasks, and training results; prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Provide administrative and operational support including data handling, coordination of processes, and assistance with various business activities as directed.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any field.
• At least three years of experience relevant to HR and operations roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must have a personal laptop, a dedicated mobile phone, reliable internet connection, and a quiet work environment suitable for remote work.
• Well-organized, accountable, computer literate, and eager to learn new company systems and products.
