HR Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager responsible for overseeing comprehensive recruitment processes alongside daily HR operations and managing the full employee lifecycle.

Key Duties

• Lead all phases of recruitment including sourcing potential candidates, conducting screenings, interviews, final selection, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
• Independently drive hiring campaigns ensuring all positions are filled promptly.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines as well as recruitment tracking systems.
• Oversee employee onboarding processes, manage documentation, track attendance and leaves, and coordinate employee exit formalities.
• Assist with payroll coordination, promote employee engagement initiatives, and handle grievance resolution efficiently.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies while keeping accurate employee records.
• Generate HR reports to track and support smooth HR operations.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong understanding of HR operational functions
• Proficiency in managing employee relations and lifecycle activities
• Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
