Job Overview

As an HR Manager, you will develop and execute HR strategies that align with the broader Group HR vision and support the long-term goals of the designated organizational units. You'll play a key role in shaping functional strategies through expert insights and ensure they meet evolving business demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies consistent with Group frameworks and unit objectives.
  • Contribute specialist knowledge to functional strategy formation to meet business needs effectively.
  • Monitor external trends and emerging HR issues, assessing their effects on the organization.
  • Perform advanced analyses of HR data to uncover trends that drive employee engagement and enhance business results.
  • Create HR frameworks and tools covering recruitment, performance management, development, career progression, succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, onboarding, offboarding, and retention, ensuring adherence to policies and legal standards.
  • Offer expert guidance on policy interpretation and application; address queries and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
  • Communicate action plans that relate local initiatives to functional strategy and wider organizational vision, motivating staff to meet targets.
  • Establish and oversee organizational procedures, ensuring their effective enforcement.
  • Manage budgets and conduct detailed financial analyses to meet fiscal goals.
  • Design and evaluate HR data collection instruments to ensure comprehensive data gathering.
  • Recognize team development needs and implement capability-building measures.
  • Provide coaching and training to elevate staff performance and potential.
  • Set performance goals and monitor achievement through organizational management systems.
  • Lead workstreams or manage small projects within change management programs, coordinating with related initiatives and cultivating change acceptance.
  • Ensure adherence to diversity and inclusion standards, applying clear and precise language to define roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is essential. Proven experience handling diverse HR situations and advising stakeholders is required. Previous managerial experience involving directing people and resources towards time-sensitive outcomes is necessary.
