Job description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team at Vsan Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a background in Souharda Co-operative Society or Co-operative Banking sectors and will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and all HR operational activities.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
- Maintain positive employee relations and handle HR documentation accurately.
- Develop and implement HR policies and manage employee appraisals and reporting functions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Souharda Co-operative Society or Co-operative Banking is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance.
- Strong communication skills coupled with proficiency in MS Excel.
Education
Qualification needed is an MBA in Human Resources, MSW, or any relevant degree.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between INR 15,000 and 30,000.
