Job description
Role Overview
The Manager Human Resources at Safran Electronics & Defense, Bengaluru Engineering Center, will oversee comprehensive HR responsibilities ensuring effective people management at the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage generalist HR functions for the engineering center.
- Handle performance management processes to drive employee productivity and growth.
- Plan and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Promote and maintain employee engagement through various programs and interventions.
- Address and resolve employee grievances professionally and promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in human resource management, with a strong grasp of end-to-end HR practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive workplace relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support daily HR operations.
- Education: MBA degree.
- Experience Level: Approximately 15 years in HR roles.
