Job Overview

A well-established subsidiary of DAS Holding within the Financial Services sector requires an experienced HR Manager to lead comprehensive human resource operations. This role entails oversight of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all human resources activities including staffing, hiring procedures, performance evaluations, compensation administration, benefits and wellness programs, and training, ensuring strict adherence to UAE regulatory requirements.
• Create and implement action plans grounded in organizational insights focusing on enhancing diversity, increasing productivity, and aligning with strategic company goals.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to design and execute organizational restructurings, effectiveness enhancements, and change management initiatives that foster positive corporate culture.
• Develop and oversee HR initiatives using key performance metrics aimed at resolving business challenges such as boosting productivity, cutting costs, and improving employee engagement and retention.
• Manage a market-aligned, best practice total rewards program that supports the organization's comprehensive compensation and reward strategy.
• Establish and promote competitive benefits and wellness strategies, ensuring clear communication and efficient implementation throughout the organization.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in senior HR roles.
