Role Overview
Ujjwal Jewellers is seeking a qualified and dependable HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role involves managing recruitment, new hire orientation, attendance tracking, leave management, maintaining discipline, monitoring employee performance, organizing training sessions, developing HR policies, handling documentation, and fostering employee engagement.
Responsibilities
The HR Manager will work closely with department leaders and senior management to maintain precise human resource records, resolve employee grievances, conduct regular HR assessments, and ensure adherence to company policies and workplace standards.
Desired Skills and Attributes
The position requires expertise in recruitment processes, employee management, attendance and payroll coordination, performance evaluation, HR documentation, effective communication, and resolving disciplinary issues and conflicts. Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets is also required.
