About the Role
This position involves comprehensive human resource management tasks including recruitment, employee verification, performance management, training, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging various recruitment platforms, conducting thorough background checks, and establishing clear performance metrics for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple platforms to effectively recruit new staff members.
- Conduct detailed background verifications of prospective employees to ensure suitability.
- Design and implement KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) systems to monitor employee performance.
- Deliver product trainings and facilitate new employee inductions.
- Develop and manage MIS (Management Information System) to generate reports from selected employees.
