About VANMOH

VANMOH is developing a comprehensive financial services group with operations in Chit Funds, Insurance Broking, Mutual Fund Distribution, and Credit Solutions, all integrated under VANMOH HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED. The group is rapidly expanding its branch network and is moving towards a technology-driven, professionally managed fintech ecosystem.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will spearhead the centralized HR function across all the companies and branches within the VANMOH Group. This position requires a seasoned professional to oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, training, performance management, and workforce planning as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all VANMOH group companies aligned with manpower planning for expansions.
  • Develop and maintain effective employee onboarding and record-keeping systems including HR technology implementation.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management ensuring statutory compliance and timely salary payments.
  • Establish and implement HR policies covering recruitment, attendance, leave, probation, appraisals, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and employee benefits.
  • Design and manage performance evaluation systems including KPIs, talent appraisal, and improvement plans to foster a performance-oriented culture.
  • Lead employee engagement strategies, grievance redressal, workplace culture enhancement, and morale boosting initiatives.
  • Identify and coordinate training programs including induction, sales, compliance, leadership, and soft skills development, with emphasis on regulated financial services.
  • Standardize HR processes across multiple branches including recruitment, manpower planning, attendance tracking, employee transfers, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and Shops & Establishments regulations.
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports for management detailing headcount, attrition, recruitment status, attendance, payroll, training, and costs, driving actionable insights.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Contribute to organizational structuring, future workforce planning, salary benchmarking, employee cost optimization, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Drive HR automation, analytics, employer branding, and SOP standardization to build scalable HR operations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Additional certifications in HR are advantageous.
  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience, ideally within financial services, banking, NBFC, fintech, or multi-branch environments.
  • Experience managing 100+ employees or multiple locations desirable.

  • Expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll processes and HRMS platforms.
  • Proven skills in performance management and employee engagement.
  • Effective communication and leadership qualities.

The HR Manager is expected not merely to operate existing HR tasks but to establish and grow a robust HR department suited to VANMOH's transition into a professionally managed, multi-location fintech and financial services leader. This role is critical in shaping the culture, people strategies, and organizational systems essential for future growth.
