Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Manager to join our Dubai team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role encompasses comprehensive HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee performance management, and fostering positive employee relations. The HR Manager will be responsible for formulating and enforcing HR policies, ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws, facilitating workforce planning, and collaborating with finance on payroll and benefits. Additional duties include handling employee grievances, promoting training and development programs, maintaining precise HR documentation, preparing leadership reports, and aiding managers in cultivating an inclusive, productive work environment.
Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience in fundamental HR areas including recruitment, onboarding, performance oversight, and managing employee relations.
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UAE labor legislation to guarantee compliance and equitable practices.
- Proficiency in HR administrative duties such as using HRIS systems, meticulous record maintenance, payroll integration, and benefits administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at resolving conflicts and engaging with staff across hierarchy levels.
- Demonstrated capacity to support training initiatives, developmental activities, and organizational change within a high-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and keen attention to detail with prudent judgment for decision-making.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional HR certifications are preferred.
- Previous experience managing HR or serving as a senior HR generalist, preferably in the automotive or comparable sectors within the UAE.
