Role Summary
For the Central Personnel Services unit, we are seeking an HR IT Software Architect (m/f/d) to join our HR IT Systems team at our offices in Hannover, Münster, or Frankfurt am Main. The position involves actively advancing the development of our HR system landscape, including SAP HCM and Magellan.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of designing and further developing our HR IT roadmap and architecture.
- Analyze and convert personnel department requirements into technical solutions.
- Plan, implement, and enhance HR systems and the digitalization of HR processes, including their interfaces.
- Consult and collaborate with departments and project teams regarding technical capabilities, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on GDPR.
- Assess new technologies and market trends to derive strategic recommendations for the HR IT landscape.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers and software vendors.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in software architecture, enterprise architecture, or HR IT.
- Solid knowledge of modern HR systems, preferably SAP HCM (SuccessFactors), GuideCom, or similar solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing interfaces and integrations, with proficiency in cloud technologies and SaaS architectures.
- Strong understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, personnel administration, payroll, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, a structured, solution-focused work style, and experience in change management.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
