Key Responsibilities

• Support the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update databases for candidates and employee records efficiently.
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes for newly hired staff.
• Collaborate with different teams to manage internship and full-time hiring demands.
• Help prepare HR communications such as offer letters and internship agreements.
• Engage in employee engagement activities and manage HR operational tasks.
• Coordinate training sessions, events, and internal communication efforts.
• Provide support for HR compliance, attendance monitoring, and documentation management.

Skills & Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Genuine enthusiasm for human resource functions and people management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies or ATS (such as Zoho Recruit) is advantageous.
• Positive mindset, commitment to confidentiality, and eagerness to learn.
