Role Overview

This internship role offers practical experience in client acquisition and HR/recruitment processes. Your main duty during the internship will be to secure direct hiring clients for Cosmic Rulers, along with providing support for internal HR functions. Successful completion of internship objectives will lead to a full-time employment offer with growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies with recruitment needs and reach out to decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other networking avenues.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings with prospective clients, and establish professional relationships.
• Convert leads into direct recruitment clients and assist with signing recruitment agreements.
• Support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and maintain recruitment tracking systems.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and ensure seamless coordination between clients and the recruitment team.

Internship Success Criteria & Incentives

To successfully complete the internship, you must acquire and onboard three direct recruitment clients. Upon achieving this, a performance reward of ₹15,000 will be paid. Additionally, a full-time role will be offered.

Full-Time Employment Details

After completing the internship, the candidate will receive ₹15,000 per month, managing hiring needs for acquired clients. Confirmation of employment requires closing nine total placements (three hires for each of three clients). Upon successful completion of a three-month probation and these placements, the salary may be increased to ₹25,000 monthly, along with performance bonuses and career advancement opportunities.
