Job Overview

We are expanding our HR department strategically and seek a proactive and thoughtful individual who is eager to make a lasting impact as an HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the shaping and development of our HR strategy and policies.
• Provide comprehensive HR support on all personnel-related matters for the German parent company and assist leadership teams of our international subsidiaries.
• Manage recruitment processes for complex roles both domestically and internationally, from job analysis to successful hiring.
• Conduct direct talent sourcing independently to identify suitable candidates rather than waiting for applications.
• Handle labor law issues and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for managers and employees.

Candidate Profile

• Completed academic degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Law.
• Several years of experience in human resources, ideally within an internationally oriented industrial company.
• Experienced enough to significantly contribute to high-quality HR department outcomes.
• Knowledge and experience in payroll preparation or processing are advantageous.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
• Organized and diligent work style combined with a willingness to drive positive change.
• Willingness to work on site, as remote work is limited for this role.
