HR Executive and Generalist

Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad is for an HR Executive/Coordinator who will oversee comprehensive human resources operations. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy enforcement, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations. It involves designing employee training, fostering workplace engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to build a positive organizational culture. The position requires in-depth knowledge of US staffing processes, particularly IT recruitment and bench sales, including handling US time zone shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support US staffing operations, aligning with US time zones (night shift)
• Work closely with US IT recruiters and sales teams to facilitate staffing needs
• Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers via multiple channels
• Manage onboarding activities such as background and reference checks, drug testing, employment contracts, and orientation
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee inquiries on policies, payroll, benefits, attendance, and compliance
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees
• Ensure labor law compliance and adherence to company HR policies
• Administer employee relations and performance management programs
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a US staffing firm or relevant background related to US staffing services
• Comprehensive understanding of US IT recruitment and bench sales hiring processes
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligning with US time zones
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational capabilities with proficiency in multitasking
