About the Role
Great Leaders Institute, an international Edtech and consulting firm, is seeking a motivated HR Executive to join their Kolkata office. This is a full-time, on-site position working five days a week (Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Candidates should be immediate joiners, ideally available within two weeks, to benefit from unlimited growth and learning opportunities in a dynamic global Ed Tech environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding, utilizing multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Facilitate joining and onboarding processes for new hires and assist with daily HR operations and employee activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers.
- Support implementation and upkeep of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in formulating policies, improving processes, and managing monthly payroll processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment activities concurrently.
- Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace and HR-related software.
Additional Information
