Job description
Role Responsibilities
The HR Executive will be actively involved in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates primarily for blue-collar technical positions such as CNC operators, fitters, and welders. This role requires building and maintaining partnerships with technical institutions, vocational training centers, and staffing agencies. The incumbent will coordinate and administer interviews, trade tests, and skill evaluations, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with job criteria. Maintaining a robust talent pipeline to address both current and anticipated staffing demands is essential. Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies throughout recruitment, managing job advertisements across multiple platforms, and keeping applicant tracking systems current will also be key duties. Additionally, the HR Executive will engage in job fairs and campus recruitment activities, prepare offer letters, facilitate onboarding procedures, and generate hiring metrics and reports for management review.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation from any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing or engineering domains.
- Proven capability in recruiting blue-collar and technical workers is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking software and talent sourcing methodologies.
- Ability to efficiently manage large-scale recruitment drives and meet tight deadlines.
Work Schedule and Location
- Workdays: Monday through Saturday, totaling six days per week.
- Working hours: 9 hours daily.
- Weekends off: Sundays and second Saturdays.
- Job location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.
- Paid leave including privilege leave (PL) and casual leave (CL).
- Provident Fund contributions as per statutory requirements.
- Annual performance-based bonus.
