Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $43.73 plus an additional regional allowance of $500 paid weekly
• Opportunity for overtime work
• Permanent full-time position based in Newman, Western Australia

Role Overview

This position involves operating company vehicles used for waste collection and associated equipment. Daily tasks include conducting pre-start and maintenance inspections of vehicles and machinery, safely loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and appearance both inside and out. The role includes interacting professionally with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Capability and willingness to operate various truck types
• Possession of an unrestricted HC/MC driver's license
• Prior waste industry experience is advantageous
• Holding a forklift license is preferred but not mandatory
• Maintaining a clean driving record
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service focus
• Dedication to workplace safety and teamwork
• Positive attitude geared towards contributing to a supportive team environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical examination and drug screening
