About the Company

A diversified investment group operates across multiple industries including Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Entertainment, Agriculture, and Energy sectors. The group has over 2,000 employees as per one of its member project sources, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Description

• Develop and refine the human resource management strategy and framework for the entire group.
• Design organizational structure, define functions and responsibilities, workforce planning, and establish delegation mechanisms.
• Implement KPI systems, performance appraisal methods, compensation policies, and employee benefits.
• Plan human resources needs; recruit key management positions and nurture succession teams.
• Manage labor relations ensuring compliance and mitigating HR-related risks.
• Monitor HR metrics, costs, productivity, and provide direct consultation to the Executive Board.

Requirements

• University graduate or higher with relevant specialization.
• At least 5 years experience in a Director/Head of HR or equivalent role.
• Experience in Real Estate or Construction sectors is preferred.
• Preference for male candidates born between 1977 and 1988.
• Preferably with background in conglomerates/holding companies or large organizations with more than 1,000 employees.
• Proven expertise in building or restructuring HR systems, organizational design, KPI frameworks, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.
• Strong management acumen, hands-on approach, and ability to provide direct advice to top leadership.
