About Tadawul Real Estate Company
Tadawul Real Estate Company (TREC), located in Riyadh, specializes in developing and managing premium commercial real estate assets. As the developer and operator of the iconic Tadawul Tower, an award-winning office landmark in Saudi Arabia, TREC is committed to operational excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Establish the Human Resources department including policies and operational systems.
- Create and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s dynamic structure and business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks including KPI setting and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead employee engagement activities along with training and capacity-building programs.
- Administer compensation and benefits aligned with industry standards and legal regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and employment regulations.
- Advise management on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession approaches.
- Liaise with external HR service providers and maintain vendor relationships such as insurance and payroll providers.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, including a minimum of 4 years in leadership positions.
- Demonstrated success in building or transforming HR functions within expanding organizations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior executives, boards, committees, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
- Candidates must be Saudi nationals.
