Job description
Overview
We seek a seasoned HR Compliance Executive to join our team supporting the IBM client account at our Noida office. This full-time position requires a professional with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR compliance, payroll, and statutory operations. Candidates will play a vital role in maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to labour laws, supervising payroll compliance, and collaborating with both internal teams and external authorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR and statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and TDS, are completed punctually and accurately.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, compliance documentation, and employee records.
- Coordinate with statutory consultants, government officials, payroll, and HR teams to facilitate compliance and rectify discrepancies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and integrate relevant updates into company processes.
- Assist with payroll validation, focus on accurate statutory deductions, and support resolution of employee queries regarding payroll compliance.
- Manage employee lifecycle compliance by verifying documentation related to onboarding, transfers, salary revisions, and exit formalities.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports and MIS, ensuring audit readiness and assisting in statutory inspections.
- Identify compliance gaps and initiate corrective measures where needed.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years’ hands-on experience in HR compliance or payroll operations.
- Deep understanding of Indian labour laws and experience managing statutory requirements.
- Proficient in PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and payroll-related compliance tasks.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
- Strong analytical capabilities, documentation expertise, and the ability to coordinate across teams efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to meet strict deadlines with confidentiality.
- Experience handling large corporate accounts is preferred.
