Role Overview
We are looking for an impactful HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset and strong analytical competencies in numbers, data, and business metrics. This role is vital in shaping India’s people strategy, leading organizational change, and enhancing global team business performance.
The ideal candidate will possess business acumen, strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders and multiple concurrent priorities.
This position involves close partnership with business leaders as an HRBP and includes site-specific responsibilities regarding workplace governance and employee engagement.
Key Deliverables
- Develop HR strategies based on in-depth data analysis and business indicators to enhance productivity, talent health, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Provide thoughtful and data-driven advisory support to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
- Lead organizational change projects with agility, transparency, and alignment among stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of global HR programs adapted for local needs, aiming for measurable impact.
- Boost employee engagement and retention through proactive, data-informed interventions.

- Extensive background as an HR Business Partner within a global matrix environment.
- Practical experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, performance evaluation, and managing change.
- Proficient with analytics, dashboards, and data tools to identify challenges and influence strategic choices.
- Strong knowledge of global HR standards, local compliance, and workforce trends.
