Role Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead the HR function at a regional level, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to support growth and talent objectives. The HRBP will be accountable for maintaining HR strategies aligned with business goals, serving as a vital interface between business units and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee master data throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations within the region.
  • Precisely track and manage employee leave records.
  • Provide necessary data and documentation to support internal and external audits and investigations.
  • Address employee grievances and manage initial escalations, ensuring resolution within set turnaround times.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for regional leaders and field teams, offering immediate and expert HR support.
  • Facilitate employee engagement by organizing regional Townhalls and communication forums.
  • Manage and update HR trackers and dashboards focusing on attrition monitoring, attendance analysis, and escalation logging and resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a core HR Business Partner.
  • Proven experience handling performance management processes.
  • Capability to review and execute employee developmental plans.
  • Experienced in implementing new HR strategies and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and presentation delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with digital HR tools and HRIS management systems.
