Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Brisbane operations, focusing on providing strategic and operational HR support to warehouse and support teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can partner with operational managers to drive workforce planning, employee relations, and enhance organizational culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with operational leaders to implement effective workforce and people strategies.
• Manage employee relations and foster strong partnerships with union representatives.
• Lead initiatives to promote performance, talent development, and leadership growth.
• Drive culture and engagement programs that improve the overall employee experience.
• Ensure HR policies and processes align with legal, enterprise agreements, and corporate requirements.
• Contribute to organizational design and continuous improvement efforts.
• Utilize HR analytics to guide decision-making and boost organizational effectiveness.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum 5 years in HR management, HR business partnering, or senior HR generalist roles.
• Background in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar operational sectors.
• Proven expertise in employee and industrial relations, with experience working with unions.
• Preferred tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
• Strong communication, coaching, and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to travel between multiple Brisbane sites and operate in cold environments.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and develop effective workplace relationships.
